At H2O Exterior Wash.com we can rejuvenate your concrete.  We clean the concrete back to its bright color.  We recommend sealing the concrete after it is  cleaned.  This  prevents dirt from getting into the porous surface, but more importantly, it prolongs the life of the concrete.  Concrete should be sealed every 5 years.  Most concrete has never been sealed.  Once sealed, an extra "wow" factor is added to your house for a minimal investment.

There are many factors that contribute to the cost of the wash.  The main factors are the condition, accessibility, size (including height), the type of chemicals used, and what additional items need to be washed (concrete, decks, etc..).   Another major factor is the companies cost of  insurance.  There are many roadside signs advertising pressure washing but few of them say fully insured.  It is a risky endeavor to hire someone who is uninsured.  If damage occurs to your property or the person injures themselves on your property the liability will be far more than the minimal, if any, cost savings.   The best advice I can give is to get an estimate from more than one company.  The knowledge and impression of the person giving the estimate is an important factor when picking the company.
